Event Analysis Flowcharts

Event analysis flowcharts (formerly RENO flowcharts) are used to build models of probabilistic or deterministic problems, processes or scenarios in order to help you understand and/or quantify them. The flowchart is a graphical representation of the mathematical process of predicting an outcome. Possible applications include risk and safety analysis, complex reliability modeling, decision making, maintenance planning, optimization, operational research, financial analysis and much more.

An event analysis flowchart consists of various types of blocks that are connected in order to model the scenario. In addition, event analysis resources serve to store or generate values used in the flowchart. Resources cannot be placed directly into the flowchart; instead, they are referenced or called by the blocks.
