Optimum Browser Settings

Supported Browsers and Requirements

XFRACAS is compatible with most commonly used browsers — including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) — that support the following doctype:

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">

However, if you are using IE, version 11 is required; earlier versions are no longer supported.

If necessary, make the following changes to your browser’s security and privacy settings for your website (e.g., http://xfracas.reliasoft.com) to ensure that XFRACAS functions correctly:

  • Allow pop-up windows to display. Since most browsers now block pop-ups by default, you may need to change this setting. If you have a third-party ad blocker installed, you’ll need to disable it for your XFRACAS website.
  • Allow cookie data to be saved and read.
