Viewing Historical Data

Note: This feature is only available if history logging has been enabled for your XFRACAS implementation. Contact your application admin for more information.

Starting in Version 2021, XFRACAS allows you to view a historical “snapshot” of your data at a specified point in time. This feature is available for the following predefined Standard Reports and Chart Reports that ship with XFRACAS, as well as any saved reports that are based on these report types:

  • Incident
  • Problem
  • Project
  • CSI
  • Action
  • Failure Analysis
  • Repaired/Replaced Part

To create a historical report,

  1. Use the Report Builder to create a predefined standard report.
  2. Add the Historical Reporting Date field to your report.
  3. When you configure your filter criteria for this field, use the Equals operator (). In the Filter: Historical Reporting Date dialog, select Specific Date and specify a date and time. The generated report will show data as it appeared on that date / time.
  4. Save the report, if desired, for future use.
