MTBF System

For reliability growth data analysis only.

Description: Returns the MTBF of the system either before or after the planned corrective actions.

Field Format: [MTBFSYS(Source Number)(Before/After)]

  • Source Number is the associated data source number.

  • Before/After allows you to specify whether to return the value of the MTBF either before or after the planned corrective actions.

Remarks:

  • The Source Number is selected from the Data Source Index drop-down list.

  • Before/After is shown in the function as a numerical value that indicates the selected calculation: for the MTBF value before the corrective actions = 0; for the MTBF value after the corrective actions = 1.
