Cumulative Number of Failures

For reliability growth data analysis only.

Description: Returns the total cumulative number of failures at a given time.

Field Format: [CUMFAILURES(Source Number)(Time)]

  • Source Number is the associated data source number.

  • Time is the time at which the value is calculated.

Remarks:

  • The Source Number is selected from the Data Source Index drop-down list.

  • The Time value must be greater than 0.

Example:
