Time at Reliability

Description: Returns the time corresponding to the specified reliability.

Note: Starting in Version 2020, this function is available only for life data folios. For growth data folios, use the Time at Reliability_G function.

Field Format: [TIMEATR(Source Number)(Reliability)]

• Source Number is the associated data source number.
• Reliability is the reliability.

Remarks:

• The Source Number is selected from the Data Source Index drop-down list.

• The Reliability value must be greater than 0 and less than 1.
