Probability of Failure_G

For reliability growth data analysis only.

Description: Returns the probability of failure at the specified time.

Note: This function is available only for growth data folios. For life data folios, use the Probability of Failure function.

Field Format: [PROBFAIL_G(Source Number)(Time)]
  • Source Number is the associated data source number.
  • Time is the time at which the value is calculated.

Remarks :

  • The Source Number is selected from the Data Source Index drop-down list.

  • The Time value must be greater than 0.

Example :

  • [PROBFAIL_G(1)(100)]
