Maintenance Review Board Reports
For each type of analysis in MPC and MPC Plus, there is a dedicated reporting utility that generates the applicable reports. (See Systems and Powerplant Analysis Reports, Structural Analysis Reports and Zonal and L/HIRF Analysis Reports.)
You can also generate a report that shows all tasks in the project from all analysis types, along with a list of the affected maintenance significant items, structural significant items, zonal significant items and/or L/HIRF significant items in the project. You can also include an attached introduction document, if desired.
To generate the Maintenance Review Board Report, choose Project > Reports > MRBR.
Set the report options:
- Report Logo
will display in the document header, if specified.
- Select Logo allows you to import a *.bmp, *dib, *.gif, *.jpg, *.wmf, *.emf, *.ico or *.cur graphic. Note that the logo will be scaled down to a maximum size of 150 x 75.
- No Report Logo displays no logo on the printed report.
- Default Logo displays the default MPC graphic that was shipped with the application.
- Paper Size specifies whether the documents will be configured for U.S. Letter or A4-sized paper.
- Sort Tasks By allows you to sort tasks by number, type (e.g., LUB, SVC, etc.) or interval (with most frequent tasks listed first).
- Use the Attach doc for report intro area to attach a Word document to the report. Each project can include one document, and that document is saved with the MRBR. When generating the report, this document is included at the beginning of the report and you can specify whether you want that document to use its own page margin settings or use the same page margin settings as the rest of the report. Note that unlike regular project attachments, you can only attach or remove the document from this window.
- Footer Text sets the text displayed in the footer of the report.
- Use the Tasks options area to select which additional fields you want included in the appropriate places in the report.
- Use name (not abbreviation) for time units specifies how the units for task intervals will be displayed in the report (e.g., 1000 Flight Hours or 1000 FHR).
When you click Generate Report, specify the pathname/filename where the report file will be saved, and then click Save.
