Getting Notified when Records Are Updated
New in Version 2021, XFRACAS now allows you to receive a daily e-mail digest containing a list of incident, problem, project and CSI records that have changed since the last digest was sent. This feature requires the XFRACAS Data Import Utility to be running
To receive this digest, you’ll need to subscribe to notifications for each individual record you’d like to “follow.” You can do this by clicking the Subscribe icon in the title bar of the record's summary area.
The e-mail is sent only when at least one of these records has been updated since the last digest was sent. It will include links to view and unsubscribe from each record, as well as a link to unsubscribe from all records.
You can also unsubscribe directly from within the record by clicking the Unsubscribe icon.
Note: Separate digests are sent for each entity; therefore, if you have subscribed to records in multiple entities, may receive more than one digest.
